🔁 Refund and Returns Policy

At Urdu Mangas, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Since our products are made-to-order, we offer returns and refunds only for damaged or defective items, under the following conditions:

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order only if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
You can provide clear evidence, including:
- A video recording of the unboxing (from unopened state to full unpacking),
- Photos showing the damage,
- Order confirmation details.

We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind),
Wrong size or variant selected by customer,
Delays caused by shipping carriers,
Unboxing videos recorded after the item has already been opened.

📝 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

Email us at info@urdumangas.pk within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number,
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage/issue,
- Photos and description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

🔄 Approved Returns

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement shipment at no extra cost,
- A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
In some cases, we may request the item be returned. In such cases, customer may have to cover the return shipping cost.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

❗ Important Notes

No returns or refunds will be accepted without unboxing video proof.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be considered.
All items are made to order, so please double-check your selections before placing your order.
